FC4 Upgrade = No Screensavers

Jul 06, 2005 20:12

I upgraded successfully from Fedora Core 2 to Fedora Core 4 from CD with little hassle (some non-standard RPMs had to be rebuilt/reinstalled). However, now there's only one screensaver showing up in the system's list (which doesn't even work--it throws some sort of an xscreensaver error), wheras before the upgrade there were maybe fifty or so.

Is there a reason all of the screensavers were removed and not upgraded? Is there a way to get all of them back? Does Fedora Core 4 really only have one--non-functional--screensaver?

EDIT: I'm using GNOME, in case it makes a difference.
