Empty nest (box)
Fleets puppies are making their way to their new homes this week. Yesterday Mary Kay and Tom picked up their two pups plus Elaine's pup and headed back to Phoenix AZ. They emailed last night and everyone arrived home safely. It was a long drive.
This morning I met Krystin's mom at LAX with "Roll" and she is flying back to Alaska with her. Diana just left with "Rattle" and they're heading to Texas.
Only 2 puppies left in the box. "Shake" leaves on Wednesday and "Shock" will be here until Deb comes to house sit while Russ and I head to Utah's Arches National Park for a photography trip.
On the way home from LAX this morning I stopped and spent 10 minutes shooting photos of the Motocross guys. I've seen the track a bunch of times and wanted to stop and take pics and this morning the light was good because it was early and I was driving by so I decided to stop. I took about 100 pics and some of them looked like they were going to be fun to see. I get home stick the card in the reader and NOTHING. Can't read the card. I am pissed. It's a really good Sandisk extreme iv 4gb compact flash card and it should work. I formatted the card in the camera before shooting and everything. Makes me worry about using the card in Utah on our trip. I can always go back and shoot the Motocross guys for fun but I'd be really disappointed if it happened on our trip. We will be shooting at sunrise and sunset and at night and I'm sure those shots are ones I will really WANT.
Tracy Golden and Judy Turner are here this morning to practice agility and visit Tracy's pup from the Euro x Clue litter. I think she will get Yen but not sure yet.
