On a More Pleasant Note...

Hey cp, what's in the cabinet?
Well let's open 'er up, shall we?



Well lookie there, it's chock-full of LEGO! Yep, this is the big beast that was (strangely) tucked away in our bathroom upstairs, which we struggled to get through our bedroom door, and which damn near squooshed me as I helped it downstairs. But it looks pretty good, I think, and after adding some shelves (sloppy, I know, but it does the job) it fulfills its new function quite nicely.

Even so, the LEGO table almost always looks like this:



But I love that the girls all love to play with LEGO, so it's okay by me. :)

A note on sorting LEGO, if you happen to find a need to do so: it is far better to sort by piece type than by color. I tell you from experience: finding a black 1x2 block, say, is FAR easier when searching through a bin of 1x2 blocks than it is when searching through a bin of all black pieces. Here endeth the lesson.
