..wow..if I only got paid for this..

I just spent the better part of the day painstakingly editing something that no one but another Beatle-lover (particularly John/Paul lover) will give a flying frig about..and I wonder why I go through such lengths. I know we all have our passions and obsessions..but I couldn't help thinking that if anyone in my family knew how much time I spent doing something like I just did...in addition to writing my fic, creating videos and coming here and on Youtube, I'd have a room good and ready for me at the nearest mental hospital.

Can anyone relate, or am I the only one who knows and feels she doesn't have a "proper" life? :/
