I've been doing a Sims 2 premade makeover from a house in the Pleasantview neighboorhood.
I thought I had a finished front view picture but I apparently don't right now so you get this.
Don Lothario is the first one I'm showing you...
To me, Don is very proud of himself and likes to show off. He's also one to run after everything that wears a skirt so he's a ladies man. He's proud of his house, too and he is making sure girls (women?) will enjoy their time there. And he is probably one to entertain in parties... maybe... so he's got a really cool place. I hope this comes through right when I post other pictures later...

My version (too bad it's unfinished here though):
I use default replacement for neighborhood grass, neighborhood trees, roads and sidewalks and a few other added bonus for the neighborhood as well. Oh, and I'm also having a different Pleasantview, hence the difference in trees outside of the lot
I used to have a version quite similar to do before I lost my last expansion pack disc and before I redid my my downloads folder a few times. Went from 50 Gigs (!!) of downloads down to almost 6 Gigs... About half of that comes from clothes and hair (mainly hair, I'd say!) because I don't think I have that many objects in there. It's a nice change I'd say. There are things I wish I still had but it's alright. Starting kinda fresh and new!
I used to have a modified version of Don Lothario himself (as well as other in game characters) but I decided that, for this one, I would stick to the original faces... no matter how weird and/or ugly some can be. Since I had a face template replacement, it helped. I think I will get that back, recreate the ingame characters that I can, remove the face replacement again and plop the new sims in another neighborhood somewhere because I really liked them. I can't remake every premades so that's why I trashed the idea at first (the website I found doesn't give pointers for all of them and it would have been weird to have the new ones mixed up with the old ones.
I had also already started making over the Caliente sisters house but I'M not that happy with the version I went with and I think I'll try to go more in the similar style as Don's.
Anyway... I know I talked basically gibberish for most of this post but... lol
