Mm! Recipe!

- 2 cups dry rice
- 5 cups boiled water
- 1/2 Onion
- All the garlic your hands can hold
- 8 pinches salt
- 1 tbsp Basil
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 tbsp Mayo

Chop onion and garlic while boiling water.
Pour 3 cups boiled water in pot with 2 cups dry rice. Stir.
Drain 2 cups of starchy rice-water.
Add remaining 2 cups boiled water.
Add 8 pinches of salt, onion, garlic, and basil.
Simmer on low for 10 minutes.
Turn off heat and let sit for 10 minutes.
Add oil and mayo. Stir together.
Add 1/2 cup of broth, if wanted, for extra flavor.

Serves lots.
