Movin' Out

First, I just need to remind everyone that FRIDAY WAS MY LAST DAY OF HIGH SCHOOL EVER! Wait for a hardcore emo entry about that coming soon.

Friday night after work I went over to Zulfi's graduation party thinger. Ate some food and shot the shit with Z Dub, Double D, Caddeyshack, #9, Madi, April and Milad...then we went to Stadium to try to steal bricks, my hammer got stolen (I mean really! Who steals a hammer?!), we did some Olympic Games in the bowl, and ended up staying in the courtyard for a really long time because Calvin, Ty, and this guy Ted (aka "Soft Taco") showed up. When the 5-0 (actually the most bullshit pigs ever...SCHOOL PATROL!) rolled in we had to chesse it but we didn't have anywhere to go so it ended up being a James and Molly party at El Casa del Owens. "And then we watch TV until we fall asleep. Not very exiciting but its you and me...you know I love it."

Today was the big day...I went to see the Tony Award Winning muscial Movin' Out! featuring the music of Billy Joel and the choreography of Twyla Tharp at the Paramount. I was lucky enough to convince James dearest to accompany me. He definetly didn't get as into it as me, but its hard to match my enthusiam for this sort of thing. It was really amazing...really...just a phenominal show! Now I am on this big BJ high. (Te he!)

"Don't go changing, to try and please me.
You never let me down before.
Don't imagine you're too familiar,
And I don't see you anymore.
I wouldn't leave you in times of trouble.
We never could have come this far.
I took the good times, I'll take the bad times.
I'll take you just the way you are.

Don't go trying some new fashion,
Don't change the color of your hair.
You always have my unspoken passion,
Although I might not seem to care.

I don't want clever conversation.
I never want to work that hard.
I just want someone that I can talk to.
I want you just the way you are."

Ha ha...I somehow got James to do some very metro things Today...he wore a watch, he bought flowers at Pike Place with me, he went to a Broadway Musical and ate gellatto afterward. Who else thinks I might owe him one?

Tonight my sisto came home for India and we had a family night...went out to dinner at the family spot, rented a movie and squished together on the couch...quel adorable family!!

Adorable conversation excerpt of the day:
(I have a fudgesicle addiction...so me and my dad are in the kitchen and I am getting my 2nd fudgesicle of the day out.)
Tim Shady - "How many of those can one little girl eat in a day?"
Me - "I haven't been a little girl in an long time."
Tim Shady - "Well...you're still my little girl."
Me - "Aweeee..."
