I've been feeling tired as hell lately and I'm not sure why. I've got a fairly good idea though. I've recently started drinking coffee after nothing but herbal tea for a long time. The family has also stopped buying soda in favor of iced tea. i think I'm getting hooked on the stuff. Either that or I'm just a lazy bastard... I have done nothing

Time in the sun will help energize you, and help you sleep well. Eating protein and veggie/fruits will help up your energy.
Avoid thick foods full of saturated fat, and foods like noodles are going to make you feel sluggish, too. Sugar will give you spikes of awesome, but drop you hard, again.
Sounds like you just need to stimulate yourself by going for a walk or jog, and drinking some water, overall.

I do need to eat better. I've found I rather like Greek Yogurt with fruit, so there's that. But I'm hooked like crazy on Japanese Soba noodles... One step forward, one step back.
Also, I really need to get my sleep cycle in line. My Circadian Rhythm is pretty well FUBAR.
Eh. It's a work in progress.
