ACL is over. now i can sleep. if it weren't for all the music running through my head...

i am tres lucky and got to stay the weekend w/ my gf down the street from the fest. that was soo nice!

so, my small LJ community.. what were your fave bands?

Friday:
mates of state
lucinda williams
spoon ( a bit) and thievery corp (a lot, and loved it!)
john prine (a bit)
blues traveler (barely)
and then to home!
(best of day: thievery!)

sat:
(so hot soo soo hot!)
built to spill (gorgeous)
the frames
deathcab (after swimming!)
Jet (rawk! the early 80s will never die)
Bloc Party (tres cool!)
oasis (for like 5 becuaase they sucked and there was too much dust)
and widespread panic (for like 15 but meh)
(best of day: bloc party, altho BTS is a close second)

oh and walked past "sound team" they sounded pretty cool! wish I coulda heard 'em more.

then go home!
sun was sooo unbelievably hot. we spent all day hiding under an umbrella from the demon sun.
(best of day: arcade, hands down)
