A long blog hiatus, that was.
Anyway, now that I'm FINALLY updating (this phrase must have appeared in my blog for at least HALF of the entries), I'll start by blogging about Tahan haha!
Btw I think most people who knew I went to Tahan on the LAST WEEK OF JUNE JUST BEFORE BLOCKS were like OMGWTF YOU CLIMBED TAHAN?! But anyway.

heh on the train there, i was the one covering my face with a cap, not jin quan. i had both pillow and cap! though my bag was the smallest it does seem i have nearly all the necessary stuff doesnt it? :D

ohh yes the toilets were bad. bad train toilets. and oh ya! at tahan -- where's the toilet? -- it's EVERYWHERE. :)
LOL at the leeches. the trek wasn't as tough as i'd expected, rather fun and vigorous enough. but pia-ing on the last day down really made my legs hurt like crap for the few days afterwards.
haha and i think i got more sleep than you overall. for the "nobody slept.." bits, not very true, i slept rather ok. 6 to 7 hrs?
i liked the summit bit of the camp too! :) lovely weather, gorgeous views.
yes tahan trip was a really wonderful trip! :) and thanks for the conscientious photography and log, Mr Camera-man and now also Mr Scribe :P
