I think I have carpel tunnel... the back of my hand right above my wrist hurts like a sonofabitch ALL THE TIME NOW (it used to come and go and usually not last for more than 3 or so days) and the middle finger is starting to bug me.
I've been using computers heavily for the past 7 years, and come now to find out from Tom how I'm holding my wrists is incorrect! Why the hell didn't my typing teacher mention that?!?1 The nerve of her!
I have no freaking idea what to do. Sadly I'm poor and have no health insurance, and I don't even know if it is carpel tunnel (web md says I could have Lime disease....). From what I understand Carpel Tunnel makes the front of your wrist hurt? Idk idk
