Was Blind But Now, I See
There was a true, genuine, sense of peace in the world today.
In church, I watched an older, white man reach for a younger, Ghana woman's hand during the "Our Father" and they prayed; together.
Later, the whole congregation was singing "Amazing Grace" so powerfully and from the heart.
Voices from all over, lifting up together to sing in His name.
It was a pretty amazing thing to watch.
And it left me feeling pretty amazing myself.
Like I could conquer the world.
Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound,
That saved a wretch like me...
I once was lost, but now am found.
Was blind, but now I see.
