Just another update

Well guys, what's up? Summer 2005 is winding down and to me it went by far too fast. I hope everyone is enjoying their few months of freedom before important essay and procrastination comes back into our lives. I'm sure you all can't wait. As for me, my summer has been somewhat eventful. Mostly because I actually got out of the house for once! Believe me, it's a big deal. For most of the summer I worked at the library there at Med High as part of the peer tutor/medlineplus summer program. All in all it really was a good experience. Stephanie Castellanos worked with me so I always had someone there to have fun with and boy did we ever! My good friend Andrea Kall joined us a week into the job and that's when the hilarity kicked into high motion. There's always laughs to be had with that girl. Everything from looking up Pokemon on PubMed to having a huge affinity for Tomagotchi to making up hilarious situations to eating unicorn and hello kitty fillets, we definitely had some fun. Plus, who could forget OLGA ZE HOZA ADVIZOR?!(you all can ask me if you have any questions about her, but I don't know if you want to know) Besides the job I went to my college orientation and got everything settled with that. 7:30 am classes may be a bitch but that's the only way that it would work out. Here's to caffeine! I've also been going to the track a lot lately and I don't hate it like I thought I would. Summer's not over yet though and Wednesday I'm scheduled to go on vacation (the key word there is "scheduled"). Currently things are up in the air with Hurricane Emily (or as I like to call her "the dream ruiner") looming around the corner. I may leave on Wednesday and I may not, but I'm not too hopeful at the moment. I do find it odd that weathermen never know which way a hurricane will go until it's like a mile away from it's destination. Great way to warn us Tim Smith. Well I think I've babbled on enough about my lame life and wasted enough of your time. Enjoy your summers and don't get into too much trouble (a little trouble is ok).
