On Wednesday, I saw War of the Worlds with Lindsey and Griz (as well as one of his friends). Before the movie, Lindsey and I stopped by DQ for some dessert, and then Subway. In between the meals and manic movie we stopped at Best Buy to find Lindsey some new music (she wanted something different for her car). I had something in mind, but I -knew- it wouldn't be at Best Buy. Well, while browsing around, I stumbled upon the 'L' section and found the lovely Lucia's album, From the Land of Volcanoes! The album's been out for almost a year now, and I couldn't find it anywhere other than KMFDM.com and Amazon. That is... until Wednesday. It was a shocker, so I picked it up. Oh, yeah, and Lucia's the latest female vocals from KMFDM. She was responsible for "Sleep."

Ah, the movie. War of the Worlds was absolutely horrifying. Maybe I was just really into it... Whatever the reason, the alien flick sported the most suspense I've witnessed on the big screen in a VERY long time. "Aliens" is the closest creepy movie that can compare, and I never got the chance to see it in the theaters.

Today? I got a call from Raja and Arjun to play some MTG! It was pretty fun. I didn't win a single match, but I did pretty well against Conner, Arjun, Raja, Pawan, and Pranav. By the end of the night, Conner, Pawan, and even Chris Kirchoff all test drove my car around the neighborhood. Good times! Which reminds me... I'll try to get some pictures up soon :P
