A Deal You Can't Pass Up!

Today has been crazy. My mind has been racing with all of the things I need to get done for the birthday weekend to officially begin! Since it's 4am and Im gonna make myself get up at 10am to get ready, Ill make it quick. I was in Target, one of my many errands for the day, to get the CD case I needed for part of Lee's birthday present. I just so happened to be passing by the digital camera department and I took a look around.

You see, I've had mine for about 2 years. I bought it just before I left for Spain and pretty much broke it as soon as I got there trying to charge it with a converter that essentially ruined it. It still worked, but it couldnt charge its own battery. So Ive been spending the last two years swapping batteries with my mom. We have the same camera so she'll charge hers and switch with me.

Anyway, I was looking through the cameras having the same debate I always have with myself. I always want a Canon but the Kodaks always have cooler features and often times have more megapixes. I tried to talk myself out of looking because I dont particularly have the money for the new camera at the moment but then there was that little voice that told me to stick around.

I heard one of the Target employee's say, "Wow. 80% off? Hold that for me, Im going to go get my wallet." I couldnt help but look and see what she was talking about. I kid you not, it was MY camera. The same exact one I have marked down to $20.04. I looked at the guy and said, "Is that serious?" and he said it was. They found two of the cameras in their showroom and the manager told them to put them on super sale and get rid of them since they hadn't sold them in the store in a while. So I said like a deer caught in headlights mixed with a child in a candy store, "Can I have it?"

So I got a brand new 10 megapixel Kodak digital camera for $20. And! Since it's the same one as I had, I already have all of the accessories for it!

It totally made my day. And since I know a lot of you are also savy shoppers, I had to share.

Goodnight!
