Welcome Back!
Wow, I didn't think my log in would still work after 5 years. Way to be internet and live journal for archiving or whatever it is that allows all this to still work!
Update on life:
Kevin and I sold our fixer last year and moved to a nice, move-in ready two story house in (yikes) a development. Luckily we have a nice lot and a nice neighbors and the houses aren't squished in together like sardines in a can. We also have two amazingly lovely daughters, a three year old and a three month old. I am starting my dream job of teaching Kinders this year!! Kevin works in routing and invoicing now and is enjoying his job. He's also in the last few months of his National Guard contract. Besides all that, same old, same old!
I'm starting to stress out about school starting again. I'm taking over Kindergarten from a retiring teacher who still hasn't completely moved out of the classroom yet. I have two weeks from today to be moved in and organized and ready to go. We're going through files together and I'm working on trying to organize things my way (you know, files and labels rather than haphazard stacks). Elizabeth started back at day care full time today, Anja starts next week (Elizabeth is doing VBS with her daycare provider, Carol, Anja is too young obviously). My next round of masters classes start up at the end of the month and my classroom is just NOT READY AND I'M TOTALLY FREAKING OUT!
Whew, ok, not totally freaking out, but pretty close. There's a lot of errands I need to run too and I'm really not motivated for all of that. I need to just pack a bag of Anja's stuff and GO!
