snow and more snow
At our apartment, we have about a foot of snow. Unheard of in this area for over 10 years. My dad is reporting at least 2 feet (as of yesterday) in Graham. Crazy. What's even crazier is the CONSTANT news coverage of the exact same thing over and over and over again. Seriously. I understand this is big stuff because it rarely happens here, but still. It's been a week. I think we all know its still snowy and the roads are still hazardous.
We had "Christmas" at Kevin's parents yesterday because they were going to go to Arizona today and we're headed to my Dad's tomorrow. Bad news is that their flight was canceled due to the weather, good news is that they got us a new tea pot AND Stargate Atlantis, Season 1. Our collecting continues...
I played pirate tonight. Dressed up in pirate garb, took an empty wrapping paper roll and ran around, jumping off furniture and what not. The best part was, our cat decided she wanted to play too and ran around after me, chasing me and then batting at my wrapping paper roll sword. It was awesome.
