BUSTED!!
Yesterday, we got out of school at 11:30. My day was pretty good because of my classes. Luckily, when there are mini-days, we usually miss the lunch periods. That means I miss Chemistry and English (hoorah!) We missed band class though :( bummer.
We won our game again last night :). We ended the season 9-1 and our playoff game is next week. I would actually like them to lose ... heh ... because Im a bit over everything. But, Im glad they've gone thus far and I still enjoy goofing off in the stands with Natali.
The team we are playing next week is Hudson, and many (if not all) of the football team came to watch the game. Natali and them enjoyed looking at the boys (number 41) BUT ... and I dont know if he was with Hudson or not ... one of the crowd members had a beautiful liberty spiked mohawk. AGH! It was niiice. Natali laughed at me (which she really had no place too!) but yeah ... heh. Then he stood in the way and Natali couldn't see Katelyn so Alicia told him to move ... :(. heh.
Moving on ... Lake Highland's halftime show was Moulin Rouge. i didnt watch it though, I was busy fighting off people and getting food. I dont like having a halftime break, because then its super crowded getting food and I like watching the other band's performance. Also, for a REALLY nice school (it was beautiful, I had never been before) they gave us pretty small and crappy stands. So small, that the battery had to go behind the pit for the game, because the tubas didnt fit.
They had their own pool and everything!
The original plans of getting together with my English group were canceled, as she moved the project date back (hoorah). Thats pretty handy, since my History group is presenting on Monday (first to go ... AH!) and I need all the time to finish up that project, as well as the 29 questions she gave us ... oy. Yay for relaxing days at home!
I got a new phone yesterday. It's really quite nice! I was tired of the flip phone, and my Grandmother's contract had expired, so I could get a phone (a lot of them are free, or just a lot cheaper, when you re-susbscribe for 2yrs) It has a speaker phone and everything! Except ... the texting is kind of weird -- but I'll just have to get used to it.
My mom is currently purging my brother's room ... it needs it. He's at his friends house working on their History project... so he's going to come home and think a miracle happened. Either that, or he's going to hate it.
My lovely new piercing is doing just dandy! Ee! Its so cute, I really like. When I salt soak it, it stiiiings ... and if I hit it on accident, it's sore for a bit, but it's really doing quite nicely. Doesnt hurt much at all, cleans very easily, and I can still sleep on my stomach! (Just have to be careful when laying down) I wish I could show it off ! But alas, midriff shirts arent really my thing ... heh. I shall wait until summer. By then, it will be nice and healed and I change it to a-many colorful rings.
Nick has a fundraiser thing he has to do for bowling (yup, he's on the bowling team...) since the season is coming to a close. He needs to make a team of two girls, two guys, and a teacher. He has recruted Mary and I for the girls, he has his friends for the guys, and Mr. Barker will be his teacher. Hah ... he said he's 90% sure he'll do it. I find that really funny ... we'll win though! Mr. Barker rocks at bowling. Whoop.
