Wood duck victory!

Live from the Charles River: two wood ducks! I got there just in time--there was a young human couple and their offspring approaching so the ducks were fleeing! There was a second male wood duck, but mostly I got pics of their rear ends as they took off into the water so I don't have a pic of him. Here's a good photo though.



The female of this species is prettier than I remembered from earlier this week.
