I sent them an email earlier today asking them to look into my last order. It had an estimated delivery date of June 12 and was still listed as "in-transit." They responded about 4 hours later saying that the package was lost in shipping, they're reshipping it, and sending it via one-day shipping at no extra charge. This is extra awesome because they offered to ship it next-day without me having to ask :D It's great that they resolved my issue so quickly and in the best possible way. There was no way for me to directly respond to the email from Amazon to send a personal "Thank you" so I'm giving them an internet thumbs up here, on Facebook, and Twitter.
