Had a great weekend! I have beer left over. I'm not sure how that happened. **puzzled** I'm glad I got that out of my system! **wipes sweat from brow** Now, on to other things
( Read more... )
I never, EVER, leave a beer intact. That is no way to treat your beer is it? Fate has a way of deciding certain things for you. Not in a million years would you catch me listening to Miles Davis or watching car racing :) Jazz is banned in my house, and I think the only sport we ever watched was basketball. THAT made my kid a math genius. He tested off the scale in math his first time in TAAS. I just smiled and said nothing. How do you thank the NBA and CBA?
Sometimes I can't believe we still talk. I swear, Kelly's kids mellowed me out so damn much. I'm not the firecracker I used to be, those two brats used up all my steam. Amazing how nieces and nephews can change your entire perspective on life. So it's easy now to say I luvs ya too!
I'm unclear how the beer situation happened myself. (Speaking of situations, how's the situation I'm always asking about. Never mind. Tell me later on Messenger.) Hell, it wasn't that long ago that 2.5 cases and 2 liters of alcohol wouldn't have lasted the night. Maybe it WAS that long ago! Oh well, must be getting old. **bones creek as he types**
Some day you'll have to explain the Jazz thing.
See, there is some use for sports!! I'll even admit that it can get a little tiring watching a bunch of NASCARs making left turns for 3 hours. However, there's something just down right sexy about F-1 racing. Maybe it's just me.
I'm glad you've mellowed. Because I love hearing it!! I'm glad we do talk! (But more on what I think of you later in my Journal. Hope you're ok with it.) **smooches**
Are you at work??? Don't tell me that I have gotten you so addicted to LiveJournal that you are doing it at work *giggle*
Jazz music gives me headaches, really bad too. I'm deep in to really old blues though. GEE, wonder who turned me on to THAT?? Duh. I've got a ton of blues, add more to it every day it seems.
Honey I have mellowed so seriously. I swear sometimes I'm like a jar of green slime, just oozing along. People that judge a book by it's cover think I'm an old age hippie :)
ya'll are cracking me up...c'mon we aren't over the hill yet. Not ever technically classified as middle age yet. Just real close! Jazz like everything else has its time and place! lol Blues is much more realistic however. *jumps up and down* I wanna read it....I wanna read it!
