-Right click at "Save as" and choose "Save link as" or "Save target as" to save it to your computer. You'd need flash player to play it, or you could just drop it into IE/Firefox.
-Hotlink is always bad.

Full Scene Save as
-Click the animation once to make sure it's concentrated so you could press some keys.
-Press "Space Bar" to Pause/Play
-When it's Paused, you can press Left or Right to move between frames.
