A few things...
1. Finally moved some furniture into my apartment. It is feeling more like home. Hopefully I can have you guys over soon for a little housewarming jobby.
2. I am in love with a bitch that has 7 nipples and some junk in the trunk. Her name is Zoey. Human ladies are too much trouble anyway.
3. Discovered my favorite album in the past 5 years. It is called Bon Iver. It is a Jagjaguar release that came out a month or two ago. The guy recorded it in a cabin in Northern Wisconsin. Amazing songs, cutting lyrics, and crazy-good harmonies. He says things like this:
Even with all your lies, your still very lovable.
I have goose bumps just thinking about it. Go buy this album.
4. Went on my first fishing outing of the year. Ended up not fishing as much as I would of liked but laying with Zoey in the sun. You know, she looks like a super model when the sun hits her just right?
5. Most of you know that I have been working at Barley Street. I have now also started at Jakes Cigars and Spirits. They are opening up another bar in the same building. Should be fun, and decent money.
6. Had our fundraising premier for Oscillations last Thursday. It was a success, and we raised some money to send it to more festivals.
7. Had to get my picture taken for a story in the City Weekly. Look for my crazy good looks tomorrow or Thursday. (By crazy good looks, I mean that I look like a toad with a beard and reverse yamaka.)
8. Reagan & The Rayguns are playing a last minute show at Barley Street Tavern tonight. The band's lineup now includes Reagan, Friedman, Landon, and myself. The show will start at 10pm-ish and is free. Hope to see some of you out.
9. I am playing solo at Incognito on Friday with a guy that goes by the name Tom Thumb. He is a friend of Justin Dilemma's. Incognito is located on the north side of Maple Street at about 69th or so. It is below the One Lounge. That show should start at about 9pm or so.
10. MarQ Manner just announced that he endorses me in my running for Mayor of Benson. I hope you do too. Love you.
