Merlin 4.1
Hope everyone is having a great Saturday! I saw Dolphin Tale this morning. I loved it and yes I cried. A sap, I am.
But the big news is of course MERLIN IS BACK!! This was my first Merlin premiere so I thought I should honor the occasion by doing a little review......
What I LOVED...
* Arthur & Merlin! So many lovely moments of intimacy and trust between them. And of course the banter. Never change boys *squishes*
* Merlin! Powerless and scared but determined to save his Arthur. I just wanted to hug him forever. Brave man (<3)
* Arthur! Bradley James made me cry the sneaky rascal.
* Knights! The banter. Lancelot worried about Merlin. Percival with his hero arms. Noble Leon and Elyan. And Gwaine making us smile.
What I could do without...
* Arthur's non reaction to Merlin fainting. At this point would Arthur serioulsy not care that Merlin randomly fainted? I know it was a sweet moment for the Merlin & Lancelot friendship but it felt weird given the other lovely moments between Arthur & Merlin. Just me being a little picky :)
* The whole A/G/L triangle. I just adore Lancelot and Gwen individually but there is going to be so much pain :( But that comes with the legend so oh well. lol
But seriously THE BOYS ARE BACK and still EPIC!!! And of course there was THIS..........
