Update on Naj
yea been a while. i knew there was something i did online besides myspace and facebook. yea i tried myspace for a while but i never took it seriously. facebook is cool though, you can find me there easily enough.
School starts tommorrow morning. im on an "all-day-monday-wednesday" schedule. Train rocks! though i can only take it on mondays because my class on wednesday nights goes until 10:00pm and the last train leaves at 9:00pm. its going to be one hell of a schedule. emphasis on the hell. 20 units of class including an accounting class. nothing i cant handle. I really cant wait for the free sailing after this quarter. i only require 3 classes in the winter and 2 in the spring. so i can fill the rest with some fun electives and PE courses to bulk up. After 16 years school is getting dull. well its always been dull but i dont really have any other productive hobbies. vacations from school usually give me more time than i know what to do with. anyway im almost done with school. im going to have my BA in Business Administration with an option in entreprenureship this spring. yep this sprimg im sprung! no more school! imma go back for my master's later. Master's in what? god only knows.
the plan is to get a job earning enough for me to move out and live a little bit. traveling sounds a bit cliche but i might do a bit of that. i heard of this crosscountry marathon accross the wall of china. i think i might do that and the iron man marathon in... hawaii(i think). though i deffenetally have to get into shape. maybe i'll start off small like the anual mudrun, i hear thoughs are fun.
Love is in the plan too. it will eventually plop into my lap or I'll find it on my own, but im in no hurry right now. watching my brothers and friends and the headaches they get... yea it can wait.
i finally got a laptop. At least i hope i did. i got it from ebay. it was a $3000 laptop that i got for $1000. its going to be great. i just wish i could track it. next on my list is an ipod, though im thinking i might just skip out on the ipod cause if i just take my laptop everywhere i can have all the movies and music i want.
Im doing my 4th year of frightfest. im like a senior bungee veteran there now. plus i got keeko to join. I wonder if i can get that refer a friend deal they do? Totally lame about the no-family-working-together thing. we would have been great bungee partners cause there's only a few lbs difference between us, but cause of the rules they had to put us in different houses. im in brutal keeko is in willoubiees (which i know i spelled wrong). i love frightfest, its going to be great.
My dad finally taught me this little side business he has caled ICU Call. so know i can hook people up with business and home phone service for 3 cents a minute. Some nice residual income there if i can get some clients. My dad is going to take out an add since he has me to help him out now. though he has ALWAYS had my help and i've been DYING for him to show me this.
My youngest brother is in cross country now. so we're passing him all our old gear. use them well bro. i took him to practice once and realized i was halfway dressed for running (only lacked the proper shoes). so i went on the run. went something like: ye coach how you been can i run with the team today? of course naj you can run with us when ever you want. ok guys today might possibly be the hardest run so far this season....
LAME!! i ran 800's that day eight times! 800's are half a mile by the way. helped me realize how out of shape i was. i use to run those in 2.5 minutes. now im running them in 3 minutes and 10 seconds roughly. But i say that finishing them was still an accomplishment.
A guess what im say'n to all my friends still on livejournal is: Naji is doin alright.
