Leaders do not get time off to do as they please. Whatever else may happen, they are still responsible for those whom they lead. I would say that you must be a rather poor leader... However, I believe we have already established that thought.

That you require other people to motivate you speaks volumes of your own capabilities, and also of your work ethic. I am more than certain you would prefer for people to hand you everything upon a silver platter, if not mithril.
