Need roommates to split house with
A roommate and myself have secured a 4 bedroom house in Covina on the corner of Puente and Grand. Our move in date is September 15th. We need people for the other two rooms ASAP. Splitting the security deposit it comes out to $750 each, rent will be $500 a month plus the split of utilities. Trash is included.
It is on just a little under an acre (it was an acre before they widened the street). It has a kitchen, den, and two and a half baths. Large porch, and cellar. The yard has many shade trees and a driveway that goes all of the way through the property. The fence is lined with bamboo and other trees, leaving it feeling much more secluded. Tons of room for any gardening, frisbee or just laying out and reading. A shed, a large fire pit and wood pile are also currently in the backyard.
The house was built in 1906, and i have to recomend driving by and looking at it, no words can describe the vibe I get from it. It is just min from cal poly pomona or mt sac.
