(no subject)
Jeez.. I dont even really want to be on LJ right now, but I don't want to start my hw yet, cause.. well cause. Lets talk Harvest.
I loved it. Everyone looked so marvelous and seeing people all dressed up puts me in such a great mood. As most of the 10 girls wrote in their LJs, there were about 15-20 people at the shims house, which was nuts, and then we all got into cars and drove to the Double Tree. When we got there I was kinda nervous just cause I was so excited.. and we got in there, ate, said hi to everybody.. I saw a lot of people I knew that I didn't expect to be going.. Saw a lot of very good looking boys dressed up in nice shirts and many of the girls i was with/saw there were looking stunning also. :)
It makes me smile thinking about it. I met a couple people, that was nice, I wish I'd spent more time doing that though, just cause thats a good part of these things.. a huge, long social event where you can meet people and you're actually being yourself.. (well I'm still myself in school but I usually have a big backpack on, which makes me look like an idiot, lol)
Anyway it made me really anxious for the sophmore social to come. I am really, really excited, and I hope that the days leading up to it give me some more confidence also.
I want to get a dress; maybe light blue, shorter.. I want to look pretty. Im not planning too far ahead, I swear..? I also wanna figure something out with my hair. It gets too hot when some of its down but I don;'t like it up very much, and am not too keen on paying for an updue. I might like getting some cornrows or twists and then having it up kinda simple with curls in the back, that can't be too much, righhttt.....? help :x

Now im avoiding getting off LJ. thats alright, I just wont. We went to bickfords after, and that was really fun.. Mr. Cox joined us too, and so that was awesome.. he's really cool.
I got French toast and hot chocolate. Thhhhenn the Shims's mom was ever so sweet and dropped shalmai and I at my house and she stayed over.. We slept in till 11 I think it was.. and then I taught her how to make French toast, lol.
We raked some leaves, which is AWFUL, cause id forgotten I was supposed to saturday, and the poor girl had to do all 2 hrs of it with me. And my yard is largely abundant with fallen leaves this time of year.
We drove her home 5:30 ish and then I came back and just stayed warm.. then Adam came over for a little while to get some stuff and we ended up talking for a while.. Things are a little clearer for both of us now, I think, and he left so I could do my hw around 10 I'd say.
I've been feeling sick so I didn't go to church today.. Just gonna rest a little since I have some errands I need to make today and I want them to be as comfortable as possible. lol
I'm gonna do my history now. Now I feel like I want to! it's 10:20.
