Day one of Lightweight habits: success.

I had an english muffin and half bagel for breakfast, and for lunch had some cold mashed potatoes and then cream of vegatable soup (very filling) with 2 bottles of water total by that point. Then After crew I had some animal crackers and more water, and then at dance i had a harvest bar, and then for supper i had some chicken, a big bowl of salad, some cranberry sauce, toast, and a glass of milk. I had 1 water bottle at dance also, and 1/2 one at crew. And then i had some apple cinnamon tea, a biscuit type thing, and that was it. I think I need to eat more carbs. Workingoutwise i did a 10k today ( time 47:14 ) and dance was borderline difficult. Tomorrow I'll do some abs during jens class and try to bring some pasta in for lunch. Field practice tomorrow..
