this rain is quite unbearable..it's keeping me from being able to run outside...
sharon and I are back in the weight room..I love how I can't lift my arms above my head because they are so weak from working out...it was sad to see where our starting point is, but I know we can only improve from here.
I'm not sure why I feel so weird lately...maybe if I write it all out later then I'll feel better , til then I need some chill time to myself, I think. That always seems to help.
