Mile - 7:13 (surprised myself with this one, maybe under 7 minutes in august?))
400m - 1:25 (definately room for improvement)
100m - 15.2 (and I can probably cut a second off this..we'll see)
crunches per minute - 74 (after our crazy ab workout I'll be able to do more i'm sure)
push-ups per minute - 30 (the weight room can help this one)
wall sit - 3:27 (wall sits are great)
Alright..now to get to work..training starts Wednesday with the weight room and all! I'm sooooo excited!
