(no subject)
i admire people who actually take the time to write in lj and actually have something to say. even if it's not awesome stuff happening in thier lives, it at least is SOMETHING going on, which i can't say for myself :)
lately i have been doing three things:
1) going to school (fun! - no sarcasm)
2) going to work (fun! - no sarcasm)
3) watching tv (also, fun)
i sometimes think it would be fun to hang out with people and go downtown, but i don't have the money or the energy and i only like a couple people that usually end up going out anyway, so i'm happier right now to stay home and just stay close with the few people i actually enjoy.
so to comment on that list above...
1) school this year is pretty damn awesome. aside from the busing to school and the incredible amount of assigned readings (barf), i LOVE SCHOOL. i love seeing people at school that i don't see other times and most of my classes are actually interesting! and there's always an abundance of good looking boys at the gbrook.
2) work gets better every night that goes by. i actually look forward to spending a night at the mc. i hate most of the people that work there, but the two that i do like make my life. if they leave, so do i.
3) i'm obsessed with 90210. that's all i have to say about that.
anyway, i carved a pumpkin yesterday afternoon and i hate that it's getting so damn cold out. can't wait until spring, but then france will be soooo close and scary. haha.
and my fav. chem teacher is having a baby, so...yay!
