One more thing
Why is it my fault?
So maybe I try too hard
But it's all because of this desire
I just wanna be liked, I just wanna be funny
Looks like the jokes on me
So call me captain backfire
Oh, the way she feels
about me has changed
Thanks for playing, try again.
How could I forget?
Mama said "think before speaking"
No filter in my head
Oh, what's a boy to do
I guess he better find one soon

That was one of the first songs by John Mayer that I really liked, it's called "My Stupid Mouth". I think that's probably becasue it's so easy to relate to. Doesn't everyone just want to be liked and funny? Often times, I find myself going over conversations that I've had with people a million times in my head, thinking about all the things I could have said better to sound funnier, smarter, wittier. I fumble over my words a lot, and later on I'll end up thinking about how much better I could have said something, how stupid I probably sounded. I wish I had a filter in my head, that would come in handy sometimes.

Anyways, I'm extremely glad we had a snow day because I had a lot of homework I needed to get done today. Plus, I got to hang out with Becca for awhile and I also got to be lazy and sit around. It was fun.

I hope you had a happy birthday today, Rachel!!!

I'll leave you with a joke Kalyani told to me which I found absolutely hysterical:
A Redheaded mom walks into her daughter's room, finds a beer bottle and says, "I never knew my daughter drank!"
A Brunette walks into her daughter's room, finds a pack of cigarettes and says, "I never knew my daughter smoked!"
A Blonde mom walks into her daughter's room, finds a condom and says, "I never knew my daughter had a penis!"
