Happy 1 year anniversary :)
December 4th - Our 1 year anniversary
Blaise had to go to class early in the morning and I slept until he came back awhile later. I got up and we snuggled for a bit but then it was off to another class. While he was gone I took a shower and started getting ready so it wouldn't waste a ton of time when he got back.
I totally OVERTOOK his shower. lol. Before me there was 1 bottle of body wash and 1 bottle of shampoo. I managed to fill up 2 of the corners with my stuff. lol Yes, there was defiantly a girl in the building now! Oh, but one of my shampoo bottles opened (or i forgot to snap it shut in the flurry) so there was shampoo over everything including some of my clothes. =/ Wasn't too bad though, the stuff just had to dry.
He came back and we lounged around watching TV until he had to go take his first final. I just used his computer and went on facebook and random sites. I was typing up the previous LJ entry when he came back. :) I ended up not finishing and posting it.
We sat around trying to figure out some plans for the evening and basking in our anniversary glow. :) We ended up deciding that going to the mall then having dinner would be our best bet.. pretty much recreating the day we got together. :) Awww.

Driving in the rain
However, the weather decided to be a PITA. And it was raining all day with plans for SNOW in the evening. Yes, snow for this poor California girl! It never snows in BR so this was really rare indeed. We left to the mall around 4:30 and by the time we got there it was already raining pretty good.
We ran into the mall and I had good luck at Macy's. I found 2 cute shirts for $4 one of them being a TOKIDOKI shirt! I felt like it was my lucky day! Off into the mall we wondered around for a bit and on our way to VS we passed by a Delia*s store!!!

He'd never been to an actual retail Delia*s store but I was not disappointed! I got some cute cords on sale for $19 each and a cute cami for 4.99. We had fun telling the girl at the register that I was there visiting cause it was our anniversary, aww. :) We eventually found VS and I bought some cute undiez. By that time we'd built up an appetite so after a pit-stop at Dillards we went back to the car and drove to the outside area of the mall that has BJ's.
However when we got outside we quickly realized it was SNOWING! Well at that point it was sleeting, but after sitting in the car for like 10min marveling at it, it actually did start snowing! lol OMG, it was absolutely sweet and romantic...how perfect for it to snow on our anniversary. :) Awwww x a million.
After a bit we went to BJ's and had run running through the shopping complex cause we were going to get drenched if we didn't!! There we were a year later, in the same place having dinner...things were just so much different a year ago. And once again we were running we were walking to the car, freezing our butts off but oh so in love. :) It was in that very place, the mall parking lot, that he asked me to be with him. How innocently romantic. *siggggh*

I love being with him, I don't care what we're doing as long as we're spending time together. I was so grateful to be with him on this very special day for us. I don't know if I'll be able to make this trip every year but for our first...it had to be spent together. :)
We made a pit stop at Walmart and had fun shopping, once again. Even Walmart becomes fun with him. We grabbed a few things then it was back to the apartment. We had a good time hanging out with Winston and even John came back for two seconds. haha =p I love him so much and I can't wait to see what the future brings.
Saturday December 5th
We woke up around 9ish and ate our leftovers. Twas an interesting morning but all was well in the end. I went to go get ready and the guys were watching the SEC championship game and talking about Tebow, lol.
We pretty much just hung out until it was time to go this his parents house. *gulp* I'd been dreading it but I knew it had to be done, his mom makes me so nervous! It turned out not being so bad. :) We all ended up watching the BCS football championship game and eating Chinese takeout. We stood til about 10 but then Blaise had to go and do som studying so we left.
Back at the apartment I ended up going to sleep a bit early because I knew he had to study and I didn't want to be a distraction to him. :) I was still pretty tired anyway from the traveling (and also realized that I'd hung out with his mom and lived to tell about it. haha)
