Anticlimactic

Once again Sunday night I couldn't sleep so I was, once again, SUPER tired at work. I hate not having 2 days off in a row, it's EVIL and WRONG. *cries* I came home and was SO tired that as I was waiting 10min for Blaise to get out of class at 11:30am I fell asleep in my bed, web browser on my phone still at PerezHilton.com, as I fell asleep while it was LOADING!!
Woke up and had about 5 BBM's from Blaise, he knew I had crashed out though. Woke up and was texting him here and there. I had recieved two packages in the mail..
The first was my Tokidoki Vacanze Denaro that I had bought off the Tokidoki boards. I'd been wanted a vancanze denaro FOREVER. When I first joined the boards this girl was selling one with a PERFECT center placement of the cat for $50! However, she said she was "leaving the country" the next week and that just didn't sit well with me. So i didn't buy it, and regretted it ever since.
Last week another one had popped up with a good placement of the cat and I jumped on it!! I had tried searching for them on ebay but they sell for $115+. I could not bring myself to pay that much.

Now I must say that I LOVE the print and the placement. However, as for the actual "denaro" style, I am underwhelmed to say the least. Besides the print there is really nothing special about it. The amount of car slots is laughable too. it seems to be all style and no substance. =/ I'm SO GLAD I didn't pay big bucks for a denaro on ebay. I can live with the price I paid because it wasn't unreasonable and it was a print I adore..but had I spent $115 I'd be mad at myself. I hear the new wallets are bigger with more card slots but I've yet to still catch them in person.
I must say that I want a vancanze bag more then EVER now. =p I just can't find a style in the old bags that really suits me. I wish they had th sorriso or the serena in that print.
Also I had bought an AA hoodie in the AA LJ community and that came today too. I must say I was a bit underwhelmed with it because I thought it was more faded then advertised but upon furter inspection on the AA site the color is "almost black", therefore the starting color was faded black. Ahhh ok. It's still cute and seems like it'll be very cozy, I got it for more then 50% off retail too.

Went on facebook and messed around with apps until I wondered into Mercy's room and watched an episode of True Life on MTV. It was about young successful people that had lost their money in the financial mess. My mom called us for dinner, ate, then talked to Blaise for an hour or so until he had to start studying/working on a paper. *sigh*
I messed around online for awhile then I ended up wondering back into Mercy's room and watching the end of Dancing With the Stars, some of the Jay Leno show and last weeks episode of America's Next Top Model. I'm GLAD the underdogs are kicking ass this season. Weird girls RULE. :)
Came back in my room after the episode was over and remodeled my cafe on Cafe World. Talked to Blaise until he went to bed then watched "Forgetting Sarah Marshall" with Mercy. I LOVE that movie, it's so funny. "Take my eyes but not the shirt!" lol
