Hey guys!
Today was a very rewarding day. The past week has been kind of caotic. A lot of stuff happened and I don't think I ever really knew what to do with it. However, today turned out to be the end to a lot of chaos and the beginning to a lot of sound understandings.
First off- today I kind of tied the knot on something I've been dealing with of lately. I'm sure most of you will have no clue what I'm talking about but for those few who will, I felt like I needed to bring it up. I feel like today I went back to being Analee, back to being somebody who I could look at in the mirror. I think that I was so desperate that I was settling and that's not a very Analee thing to do. Never settle in life, it'll only lead to regrets later on. Someday I will find my Prince Charming and until then... I'd just like to pray the guy always remembers that it wasn't him. It was me, and a compatability issue. I really do wish him all the best in the future- I'm sure he'll find his fairy princess sooner rather then later.
Also, today was my 2nd bible study. It really made my tuesday night. I'm really coming to love those girls that sit in that circle with me. I truly think this will be a life changing experience. It's already helping me cope with all the things society throws at me, just to know i'm not alone. So, a big hug and kiss to Rachel, Addy, Heather, Kari and Julie... all of whom r becoming true faith sisters of mine. (oh and just a note to all... Psalm 139 is AWESOME!)
So... basically, as Valentines day approches... I am, yet again, single. However, I truly belive that if Valentines Day is a day to celebrate love then I am TRULY blessed. Being single ain't that bad when you have friends as good as mine. I love you guys so much... maybe I'll write a cool e-mail to send all my single friends on valentines day. Just to know that true love brews in friendship just as much as romance. Maybe next year I'll have all this AND a perfect guy. Patience really is a virtue.
off to finish some english hw
much love to you all. I hope everythigns going good for you guys.
xoxo,
Anie
