Superbowl (yawn) Sunday
Okay, all this excess is an excuse for guys to huddle around the television, eat, drink, and bond. So I'll give it to them.
"What are you going to do today, player A?"
"We're going to put some points on the board."
"What do you have to do today, player B?"
"We have to show 'em what we've got."
"What do you have to do to win the game today, player C?"
"We have to take the ball into the end zone."
In the meantime, we are waiting for a big snowstorm, but not as big as first anticipated because the worst is going north of us. I'm actually a little disappointed, because the idea of being a hermit for a few days appeals to me. The house is full of enough food for a week, I have a story to write, many stories to read, LJs, lists, emails, telephone, television, radio... total isolation.
