Summary: Disheartened Sealand comes home from a day of being ignored in a meeting. He finds comfort in his adopted family. Human names used.

Tino and Berwald could tell, from the moment Peter barged into the house and marched straight to his room, that something was obviously bothering the boy. Sighing, Tino pulled Berwald with him up to Peter's room, where he knocked on the already open door to announce their arrival.
Without even waiting to be asked, Peter began to pour his heart out. "What's the point of holding G8 Meetings when not everyone's opinions are heard anyway? Well, even if I just annoyed Arthur into taking me with him, I'm still a country (I will be soon!) with the right to be noticed. Why, even Matthew was able to squeeze in a word or two, but nobody bothered with me no matter how madly I waved my hand! Geez!" Peter pouted, sinking his face into a pillow.
"So... what exactly was the meeting about?" Tino inquired.
"The issues still about global warming and what the G8 can do to combat it. Of course, Alfred still insisted with his hero-covering-the-Earth plan, and I wanted to tell him that Galaxy Ranger would be much better than just a generic hero. Not only would he shield the world, he would also suck out the pollution and ask the sun to lessen his shine a little, and global warming is solved forever! But they just won't let me speak!" Peter continued to rant.
"Galaxy Ranger? Wasn't he the one who beat up Kiku's Power rangers? I think he's perfect for solving the global warming issue," Tino opined. Peter was shocked. He hadn't expected anyone to listen when he told everyone about Galaxy Ranger!
" 'nd he's got s'me r'ly cool weap'ns too," Berwald said, handing Peter a model of Galaxy Ranger he had seen in the drawings Peter spammed their refrigerator with.
"Don't mind those Goofy 8 so much. They just don't realize yet what a great country you'll turn out to be when you grow up. And remember, we'll always be rooting for you. Right, Su-san and Hana?" Tino smiled. Hanatamago barked in approval and Berwald gave him a chocolate bar and some melon cola to cheer him up further.
Peter hugged the three of them and cried. Here, with Tino, Berwald, and Hanatamago--his loving adopted family, he didn't feel so inappreciable after all.

- This is the first complete fanfic I've written in a long, loooong time (the last one was a Zutara fanfic I wrote almost three years ago ._.). I'm trying to flex my writing muscles again (assuming I have some in the first place haha), so... yeah
- When I wrote this, I had very little idea who/what Galaxy Ranger was. I thought he was some giant, larger-than-life robot who once pwned Japan's Power Rangers (accdng to my headcanon!Sealand). I was only able to research when I typed this, and now I'm too uncreative and lazy to change it. Man, I fail...
- I tried to write purely with human names, but I really can't imagine Finland calling Sweden in any other name except Su-san TToTT /doublefail
Well, anyway, I finally get to post it after a week of interrupted typings so.. yay!
