Summer So Far...
Haven't written in a very very very long time. This summer has been going pretty good. I was home for about 4 days then I drove to Florida with my parents to pack up my grandparents house cuz they sold it. It was fun and I have a lot of stuff put aside for when I get my own place which is good. We saw my aunt a couple times down there, haven't seen her in almost a year and we went to Universal Studios with her. The weather was so nice- sunny the whole time and temperatures in the high 80's. There was only one day where is was in the 90's and that was too hot for me. Then we drove the 19hours home. The drive wasn't so bad, I read and slept the whole time.
Now I am working on my new room. My parents let me move my room to the one above the garage which is so much bigger, has a walk in closet and a bathroom- and it's all mine! So I have been working on that for a few days, doing a little each day.
I'm also taking an economics class at CCSU mon-thurs from 8am-10am. Sucks getting up that early but after the class is over I have the whole day to do stuff cuz I'm not working. Instead I'm helping my grandparents move and clean at their house for all the furniture that is coming from their Florida house. After that my mom is going to keep me busy I'm sure so it'll be ok that I'm not working for one summer. I've saved enough $ that I should be ok.
I've gone out with Emily and Lara a couple times. We went to Friendly's a couple days ago and saw a bunch of people we graduated with and talked with them for awhile. It's so weird seeing these people cuz I haven't seen them in over 2 years and there isn't much to talk about with them after awhile.
Tonight I'm going out with well everyone. We're all getting together to go quarter bowling cuz we're dorks. It's going to be me, Lara, Emily, Tom, Mary, Marissa, and Nicole that I know of, Tom always invites more people. Well this is long enough.
