It's funny how I studied communication for 5 1/2 years, got a degree in it..but still have a hard time doing it. I can talk to someone all day when it comes to mere chit chat or their problems. I can tell you about theories & models & articles, conflict management, interpersonal communication, rhetoric, persuasion, intercultural communication, organizational communication, argument & debate, group decision making, leadership, nonverbal communication..and yet. All this stuff is so applicable to my everyday life. When it comes to my personal relationships and my feelings, it's like everything I know hides or freezes. I don't know. This sucks.
