The LongHorn Christmas party that Bethany and I busted our asses to pull together was a success last night. I can't say that it was a HUGE success, because we certainly could've had more employees show up. The peeps that were there were awesome though, and I was certainly pleased to see a large representation (nearly 100%) of the Heart of House workers, including the Latino group. I did a ton of dancing, if you hadn't suspected that already... It IS my specialty. I was called up onto stage to sing "Santeria" once again, and this time was even better than last, because there were so many people singing along and dancing. Bethany and I did a toast to all of our co-workers because we love them all so much!!!
