Last night i awoke at 4:40am to the sounds of what i believe to be loud 80s rock and someone playing the COWBELL outside my door. Cowbell? seriously? at 5am?

I'm a little sad to be moving upstairs, honestly.
Only a little though, because i now have a back door, a porch, a window, and a closet big enough to sleep 2 people. Oh, and no mold on my ceiling.
