my weekend this weekend columbus day
i am pasting this from an email i sent lillian. and since i was giving her so much detail ..i was like snap. i'm putting this into the blog. with some minor edits.
ok so hike didn't happen either this weekend
bill mare ann chih and i were suppose to go canoeing but the water was too low
and then we were going to take a walk. but read below
yes columbus is spelled wrong in the link below, don't judge me
here is the run down
saturday i came down to ann's
and we chatted. and then marcy and steve came over and we chatted with them
and the baby. and ann loved the baby. it was cute. she wanted to keep holding her.
and then marcy and steve left and then we got some strongbows (cider).
and ann and i had 3 strongbows each. and chih had something else
and we watched 20/20 ..the one with britneys video at the end
and we talked politics while drunk
which was nice
(actually we weren't really drunk, it was like lame o drunk)
then sunday.
mare and bill came down. they didn't get to the house until like 12:10
or something. and then ran into marcy as marcy was leaving (marcy came over again
to show us the baby and chit chat) so bill and mare got to see the baby
and they seemed impressed. haha. and bill called her sweetheart. and it was funny cause
bill was walking up wearing his "i hate your kids" tshirt. it was funny
so i took a pic of that (on flickr) and below in this blog entry
and then chih made us burgers. and they were really good.
the dogs jumped all over mare and i am pretty sure she hated it
haha
then we planned on going for a walk but we decided to go to pumpkin farm first.
and pick apples. so we take this ghetto ass hay ride to the apples. and we get off
and there are no fu**ing apples left on the trees. all rotten (pic below)
and then we walk back and the pumpkins were sh** too
so we stopped at a different place on our way back and had much more luck.
great pumpkins. had a thing to put your head through (pic at end of blog) and great ice cream
so that was good. then we went to ritas. and then we were like f**k the hike. we aren't doing that.
so we just hung out at ann and chihs for a bit longer. and then i left there around 5:50
and b and m left then too.
sh** i am going to paste this email into my blog. damn (see this is when i realize this is getting too long and is blog worthy)
then i drove to fairfax to see my friend natalia. it was alot of fun
her and her husband are so cute cause they are all excited i came down
and i had some lasagna and banana bread. which were both super yummy.
and we watched amazing race. i love amazing race. and that was the first time i got to see it this season
and they have a gigantic tv. so i watched it BIG.
then sunday morning we had chick fila breakfast (yummy)
then drove to shenadoha(sp?) national park to see the trees. very pretty.
and we went at a perfect time of the year... since its fall. and leaves change colors.. get it? (picture below)
then we played badminton. and that was alot of fun
but we got really sweaty. then we went to olive garden.
and it was fun to giggle around with natalia and her hubby.
and then i drove home.
end of story.
i think i covered it though.
