so i think i told you the story of the pigs' heads on the porch the other night. yes they were real. but they're gone now.
moving on to tonight's drama. about a half hour ago some girl comes in here saying that theres "a guy dressed like michael meyers in the parking lot with a knife! A REAL KNIFE!!" okay calm down, hon, we'll call baylor dps. as im on the phone with baylor dps, she comes back in and says he got in a tahoe and drove away. and then she disappears. anyways, the police send someone out to check it out. she comes over here, we chat and she concludes by saying "people amaze me. it wouldn't surprise me if she came in and said by the way, 2 hours ago there was guy in the parking lot with a knife." so she leaves and i go back to playing solitaire. hooray. its been between 15 and 20 minutes at this point since the girl came in. next thing i know there's a girl at the desk on her cell. she sticks it in my face right after saying "here just tell her yourself." guess what?
yep. he's back. the girl on the phone is flipping out because "a bunch of us are sleeping over in the panhellenic building tonight and i dont want to get stabbed!!" it's okay hon, i doubt you will. so i call the police. again. they know who i am now. they say that the girls have already told them and that they're chasing him about campus now. go baylor dps, go. catch the knifed maniacs. sarah was in the lobby and wanted to know what happened. so i told her. then this guy emerges from the sofa room and says "do you want me to go take his knife from him?" while i appreciate your...chivalry (if you want to call it that)...no thanks. baylor dps is chasing the knife boy about.
the police call a few moments later and say they've got him, and its a bunch of baylor students, thanks so much for calling (okay, there's a potentially homicidal man with a knife in the parking lot in between the sorority building and a dorm, both full of girls. do you really think i wont call? although if ihadnt he totally would have been), have a nice night.
then stacie calls. she wants to close the desk down early again tonight, call the girl working from 2:45-6:45 tonight and tell her. and now its quite and i have until 10:45 when i get off. hopefully i'll do something laer when i get off. eh. who knows??
