Info for Poly: Jane Canary (HBO's Deadwood)
For those of you who don't know.
Jane is the Calamity Jane. This particular Jane is from the HBO series Deadwood.

This Jane is currently about 25 years old. She might seem older then that to you, but you have to remember, a frontier life is not an easy one.
Deadwood the series starts in 1876. So this Jane takes her background from history before that. I pulled her from around the end of Season 2.
Here's the only thing you really need to know about Jane.
She curses.
She curses a lot.
Believe it or not? I do try to tone it down a bit. Don't worry about asking me to lay off the language if it's getting to be a bit much. I totally understand.
Jane carries two pistols from her time with her. A Navy Colt (The Model favored by Wild Bill Hickock). She also has a rifle which came with her when she arrived. I often describe it as a "Sharp's Big 50", a fifty caliber rifle with an octagonal barrel. This is neither historical nor canonical per sae. Historical Jane is often seen in pictures posing with a rifle and HBO Jane uses one, but there's no indication what kind it is. (Probably a Springfield.) I'm a big fan of the Mad Amos books so... Jane uses the same rifle as he does.
Jane is proficient with, and carries, a bull whip. She can even do tricks if she's sober (cheayah right) and you ask nicely.
