So instead of doing about 200 hours of community service, Michelle Rodriguez has decided she would rather spend 5 days in jail. Apparently she is above doing any kind of service. She certainly doesn't do us one when she tries to act. So she'd rather sit in jail with who knows what kind of people. This is her 3rd dui. Have they taken away her driver's license yet? Probably not. If this was any one else the penalty would be much worse. Oh, and they showed a courtroom shot, and guess what, she had the same exact face she has all the time, on every show movie and whatever else she has ever done. What a shocker.
