i feel lucky
tonight i watched extreme makeover home edition and it really made me think. both parents in the family were deaf and they had two sons. the oldest was a perfectly normal teenager and the younger one was blind and autistic. the oldest, stefan, is like the parent in his family. he has to do everything for everybody, and hes happy doing it. seeing the show made me realize just how lucky i am to have a normal, healthy, happy family who would do anything for me. wow.
