Spoilers for the first Sanctuary episodes...

It's cool. It's nice and I really liked how the story evolves...
At first I thought it was just a simple refilming the web episodes which better special effects and more time to introduce the characters, so the first ten to twenty minutes were kind of disappointing because I had seen it before. But after a short time more layers were added and it was different. Brighter, and how can I put that into appropriate words, made for a larger audience than the web episodes which I consider darker and a bit peculiar though entirely not in a bad way.
Moreover I had fun with the characters, Will is interesting, though not that unique but I do consider it an interesting fact that his mother was murdered by monsters (yes, you do have to have a personal connection with these things in a series) and that Helen couldn't save her. I mean, yes, to me it is a designed relation, but nevertheless I liked it. Like him as a character.
Don't like Ashley that much, not because I don't like the idea of Helen Magnus having a daughter, but to me it's this Kim Bauer syndrom, of course she is way cooler than Kim, a more interesting character, but I am not so fond with the idea of always having character that needs to be blond and beautiful and... just to make sure the male audience has something to look at. And it's so freaking obvious...

Oh, I so like her. But I had the impression that the accent had been redeemed a bit. And I really loved that. Yes.
