Character's Name: Frédéric François Chopin

Personality:
In his reality Chopin is a renowned composer known as a genius for his works of tinkling the ivories of a piano and turning them into beautiful songs. However, also in his reality, he is a gravely ill young man and has been for some time which has led him to stop in his beautiful creations. Bed ridden and in a comatose state, he finds himself wandering the paths of a world he is convinced is his dream and openly tells people within his ‘dream’ of such; much to their confusion. Despite being seen as a little odd due to his determination to prove he is within a dream, he is still seen to others as a very intelligent young man who is almost always in a state of constant calmness even with his strange situation of being in a place where he should not be.
While he is fond of all the people that he meets and shares time with along the way throughout his dream state journey, he finds himself the most fiercely loyal to a young girl by the name of Polka; of whom reminds him of his younger sister Emelia, who passed away due to an incurable illness known in his world as tuberculosis. Like Emelia, Polka seems to be suffering an illness and he takes it upon himself to become like an elder brother to her. This doesn’t, however, cause him to change his formalities with anyone he becomes friends with. Chopin is a gentle young man who never speaks out of turn unless provoked and finds himself always speaking in a formal manner to all he comes in contact with; even Waltz who is completely and utterly undeserving of any forms of politeness (although it is to be noted that his ‘polite’ attitude with Waltz is dripping with bitterness in his tone usage).
Despite his almost irritating calmness, as he and the others approach the end of their journey, he begins to lose himself to a deep personal struggle: the inability to separate his dreams and his reality. When he appeared in the new world he assumed it was a dream state due to his own illness, that it was the method to keep his sanity throughout as he wandered a strange new world with people who had odd abilities and even using that to come to terms with his own strange abilities in this new place. However the new land slowly warps itself into his new reality as he realizes that he cannot simply ‘wake up’ and be in his room with his family. This forces him to come to the conclusions that either he was wrong about it being a dream or that there is only one method to overcome his prison-like state within his very own dream: death.
What items will they be bringing with them?
Chopin will be bringing only the clothes he is wearing, his memories of great times and bad times in both his own reality and his ‘dream world’ with his newly made friends, as well as his composer’s baton that allows him to wield magic - however naturally he will be unable to use his magic within the city due to his being chipped.
