Hello, people of Countshire! I'm bored (and I can't bear to look at my Gaelic textbooks for another minute), so I'm offering this to all of you
( Read more... )
In your past is the seven of Pentacles, which sort of makes me think that you have a tendency to rush into things without completely thinking about how what you do can affect other people around you. While that sort of unpredictability can be good, it also has the potential to backfire on you (and I think it might have once or twice). You also get too emotionally invested in things or you spend too much effort worrying about everything else and don't really focus on the bigger picture until things blow up in your face.
Your present, right now, is the three of Pentacles. You've accepted that you want a change, and I really do think you do want it (and, if you didn't, you wouldn't be asking), but this card also points out that you really don't need to ask in the first place. What you need to do has always sort of "been there", if that makes any sense. You just aren't really sure how to work with it yet or how to use it to your advantage.
And, last but not least, you have both the four of Pentacles and Death in your future (I had to draw another card here as the four wasn't quite making sense at the time). Now, before you get worried, Death doesn't mean, you know, actual death. Here, it's a rebirth, a sort of drastic change, but it's not going to be easy. The change is going to take time and you need to make sure that it's really what you want for yourself as opposed to what other people want for you. In the end, you're going to have to work for it. You're going to be the one who undertakes this. Other people can help (and they probably will), but, in the end, it needs to be what you want.
Changing yourself for other people only really serves to mess you up in the end. Believe me; I know.
Out of curiosity, why do you ask? I already think you're pretty great as you are.

You are very kind but you do not know me so well. I am "bad news", as they say.
